Summary/Objective Reporting to the Finance Director with accountability to the growth initiatives of the firm and the Chief Revenue Officer, the Growth & Revenue Analyst will build the data and reporting foundation for our growth engine. The analyst will support sales, marketing, and leadership with clear insights into pipeline, conversion, and revenue performance. By ensuring data accuracy and consistency across systems, this role will help teams make better decisions faster and align around shared metrics. The work will directly inform forecasting, prioritization, and strategic planning as the organization scales. Essential Functions: Design, develop, and maintain standardized dashboards and reports to monitor pipeline activity, channel performance, and revenue forecasting. Analyze funnel performance and conversion metrics to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. Provide data and reporting support for growth initiatives, including pilot programs, to inform planning and execution.
