Job Description Mechanical Design Engineer Wotton under Edge: up to £40,000 depending on experience Renishaw is a global leader in the design and development of metrology systems. We are recruiting a mechanical design engineer to join the Encoder Products Division (EPD) at our HQ in Wotton-under-Edge. You may be a recent graduate or an engineer with a few years’ experience wishing to develop your career. You will be involved in the engineering design of optical and electro-mechanical products, including laser interferometer measurement systems capable of sub-nanometre measurement accuracy. You'll be given the chance to impart your knowledge and be part of a small team of engineers, interfacing with new product and manufacturing teams where necessary. Our products and services are used in applications as diverse as the semiconductor, automotive and aerospace industries, as well as consumer electronics.
