Overview Assistant Shop Manager – Drybar Department: Sales Operations Reports To: Shop Manager / Area Manager Position Type: Full-Time Leadership Role Position Summary: The Assistant Shop Manager is a senior leadership role responsible for supporting the overall success and growth of the Drybar shop. This position partners closely with the Shop Manager to drive revenue, lead the team, strengthen marketing initiatives, and maintain operational excellence.
