Provides primary support throughout the system (including Holland Hospital Medical Groups) for risk management, claims management, and initiatives designed to control and minimize loss and protect the assets of the system. Participates in and collaborates with related quality programs including patient and environmental safety, Patient Relations, performance improvement, regulatory compliance, Infection Control, Corporate Compliance, and patient satisfaction. Manages Patient Relations/Recipient Rights Coordinators and Risk Specialist. Minimum Required Education and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree General knowledge of regulatory and accreditation standards.
