Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Supply Chain Support Associate on a permanent basis on our Supply Chain team. This position requires on-site work and is based in Calgary, AB . What you’ll do: - Execute on day-to-day activities with the Supply Chain Support Centre to best support Retails within the Co-operative Retailing System (CRS). - Field inquiries from Retail locations and internal stakeholders via various communication channels. - Receive multiple types of Retail orders and prepare and process the orders. - Assist Retails with ordering processes, technology, and tools. - Liaise between Retail and internal departments to follow up on inventory, pack changes, discrepancies, and all other types of inquiries. - Complete general administrative duties and assist with data entry as required. - Provide backup services to Transportation, Distribution Centres, and man...
