What’s the role?: You’ll join our Digital Consumer Finance Technology team on the Gold Coast, contributing to the support and optimisation of systems underpinning customer payment and lending platforms. This is a hands-on engineering role where you will work directly with production data, write clean and maintainable code, and generate data-driven insights to support operational and strategic decision making. You’ll collaborate across engineering, data, and business teams to solve complex system and data issues. The role has a strong focus on data analysis, system troubleshooting, process improvement, and maintaining technology standards within a regulated environment. You will also contribute to improving system monitoring, documentation, and service management practices within an Agile delivery model.
