Job description

Reporting directly to the District Manager, this position is responsible for the creation of daily schedules and works closely with Operations to meet client service needs. Job Duties: - Responsible for dispatch operations of industrial cleaning services for the St John's by way of constant communication between clients, operators, supervisors, and management staff - Responsible for planning, scheduling and coordinating assets and human resources - Responsible for scheduling work taking into consideration employee skill, ability, required mandatory training while working within the scope of the Collective Bargaining Agreement - Acts as a liaison coordinating between our various operations - Ensure maximum utilization on all equipment (trucks, trailers, etc.) - Ensure maximum utilization on all human resources - Acts as the first point of contact for all incoming calls and inquiries to dispatch - Creates and distributes the daily operational schedule to operations management - Responsible for coordination of equipment maintenance and repairs - Responsible for processing work orders - Creates and maintains a zero harm environment by ensuring all environmental, health and safety regul...
