Our client is a leading investment bank providing top-tier strategic and financial guidance to senior management and boards of established companies. The firm specializes in Consumer Tech and Commerce Tech M&A, typically representing founder-led, VC-backed companies ($50M–$1B EV) in their sale to publicly traded strategic acquirers. Our client's mission is to empower companies to navigate and capitalize on the changing technological and commercial landscape — bringing together a vast network of relationships, industry knowledge, and transaction expertise to deliver independent, high-value advice that aligns with the best interests of their clients. Our client is looking for an experienced Analyst 2/3 to join the team, based in SF. Our client will not consider H1B, STEM-OPT, or other visa sponsorship at this time. Analysts are expected to assume significant levels of responsibility requiring intellectual curiosity, motivation, and analytical aptitude.
