MANAGER, STARLINK PRODUCTION (STARLINK): SpaceX is developing a low latency, broadband internet system to meet the needs of consumers across the globe. Enabled by a constellation of low Earth orbit satellites, Starlink will provide fast, reliable internet to populations with little or no connectivity, including those in rural communities and places where existing services are too expensive or unreliable. We are looking for a hard driving and well-rounded leader, capable of taking charge of a large production operation producing our flagship consumer product - the Starlink Standard Kit. You would be the overall accountable leader for production output of our Standard Kit assembly line, owning recruiting, process improvements, personnel matters, and working with partner teams on relevant deliverables to ensure stable production.
