This leader is responsible for the general management and oversight of the VBC programs, clinical outcomes, and physician partnerships of DaVita Integrated Kidney Care (IKC). DaVita IKC is the leading value-based care provider for patients with kidney disease. We support patients with kidney disease holistically to address the totality of their healthcare needs, ultimately reducing medical complications and improving overall healthcare cost. Our operating model and performance leads the industry. We believe that all patients with kidney disease deserve this comprehensive level of care. The VP IKC Operations role leads IKC operations in the Northeast portion of the US, with the majority of patients in New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania.
