POSITION DESCRIPTION: This position is responsible for managing and coordinating work activities of all common area staff. Direct daily operations and ensure compliance with policies and procedures are in conformance with specifications and established standards of all retail areas, sales areas, offices, pools, and common areas on the resort. The Common Area Manager will be directly responsible for all the common area personnel. Other duties include assigning common area work to team members, scheduling of staff, daily area inspections of both Sales and Resort Ops areas, ensuring internal customer requests are fulfilled in a timely manner to create a sense of urge...
