Primary Responsibilities: - Hands on leadership of 5+ mechanics supporting 75 person facility equipped with multiple types of machinery - Directs and assists team members with electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment. - Maintains inventory and oversees purchases of parts - Establishes and adjusts work procedures and schedules to meet company demand - Motivate and implement safety procedures, recognition, and accountability - Collaborate with departmental managers to meet plant goals - Recommends measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product. - Collaborates on the root cause analysis of equipment failures and...
