This role is based can be based out of our offices in Stellarton; NS, Calgary; AB, Mississauga, ON. Key Responsibilities: Business & System Analysis: - Translate business requirements into detailed user stories and technical specifications. - Document platform flows, data integrations, business rules, and system behaviors for offer management. - Design and implement improvements to enhance functionality and user experience. - Identify and document technical and operational requirements for proposed solutions.
