The role: We are seeking a Manufacturing & Supply Chain Operations Lead to act as the business design authority for the Plan‑to‑Make global process within our ERP business transformation. The role focuses on site‑specific manufacturing and supply chain processes while ensuring alignment with global standards and enterprise templates. You will ensure that end‑to‑end operational processes are clearly defined, standardized across sites, and embedded into the ERP template, reflecting shop‑floor realities, planning needs, and biopharma regulatory requirements.
