Requires theoretical knowledge through specific education and training Essential Functions: - Record daily deposits, including entering borrower payments, scanning remittances, and delivering deposits to the bank when required. - Respond to borrower inquiries via phone or email and document loan account as needed. - Prepare and distribute loan payoff letters to external stakeholders. - Process cash disbursements including loan payouts, housing counselor payments, borrower refunds and general accounts payable. - Coordinate the transfer and retrieval of files archived at the State Records Center....
