The opportunity The Commercial Manager (Subcontracts) will be part of the commercial team within Downer’s Energy6 & Utilities Power Projects business unit. This role can be located either Hexham, NSW, North Ryde NSW or Brisbane QLD. The successful candidate can envision themselves attending to duties such as: What you’ll do - Be responsible for the timely and effective administration of the Projects Subcontract Agreements to ensuring that Downer obtains the full benefit of the Subcontract Agreement whilst ensuring our rights are maintained and obligations fulfilled - Develop, implement and administer the Subcontracting Commercial Management Plans, Manuals, and Registers required by The Downer Standard and Delivery Management Methodology - Manage Subcontract Change, including assessment and negotiation of Subcontract Claims, Variations, and Disputes - Administer Subcontract packages to ensure that all Subcontractors are compliant with their contractual obligations, and that the required progress and provision of all deliverables is being achieved in accordance with the Subcontracts What we offer: - Competitive remuneration with a significant ASX-listed company - Structured career pa...
