Job description
We are looking for a Revenue Operations manager to keep developing our RevOps function. Youll design the systems, processes, and insights that power our GTM engine as we scale from $30M to $50M and beyond. You will work closely with the CBDO (your manager), CRO, CMO, and all other GTM leaders to make sure every part of the funnel, from top to bottom, runs faster, smarter, and cleaner with a clear focus on the customer acquisition part of the revenue bowtie. What youll do Build from first principles: design a modern RevOps foundation rooted in AI, automation, and scalable systems thinking. Own the GTM stack: manage and optimize HubSpot and related integrations such as Attention for call intelligence, and 6Sense and Vainu for enrichment data and intent scoring across Sales and Marketing. Create clarity: deliver accurate visibility on pipeline, forecasting, and funnel conversion and own the reporting cadence for sales. Scale efficiency: streamline lead routing, attribution, territory design, and comp modelling to help reps spend more time selling.
