Working/Functional Title Manager of Facilities Management Systems: Position Summary: Manages the administrative and operational activities of the Facilities Systems team. Managing and supervising daily team operations, issue s, prioritization, capacity planning, and resource allocation for projects and operational support in support of the portfolio and service delivery. Supervises/oversees assigned projects/initiatives/tasks including: Designs, develops, tests and implements complex IT systems, infra structure and IWMS applications Oversees the investigation and promotion of the use of new technologies Participates in collaborative planning, workshops, conferences and training to ensure constant professional growth and progress toward future state information techno logy Participates as a member of IPF IT, Federated IT and MSU IT leadership teams to establish, review, monitor and recommend enhancements to short-term operational objectives and long term strategic goals Provides forecasting, information, status and metrics in support of departmental and institutional reporting needs Consults with customers, peers and campus administrators regarding technical solutions Coordinates wi...
