Job Summary: Responsible for monitoring and developing the Airport Noise Abatement Program by providing preventative measures in compliance with federal, state and local regulatory requirements. Job Description: Overview: The Airport Noise Monitoring Specialist performs a wide range of airport management responsibilities and provides specialized knowledge in noise abatement and noise management for the airport and surrounding areas. Essential Functions: 1 Assists, supports and participates in maintaining the airport in order to meet Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations and advisory circulars for airport operations and noise management; performs work in line with Transportation Security Administration (TSA) rules for security, compliance, and adherence to environmental regulations. 2 Performs both semi-skilled and skilled labor in the Air...
