Job DetailsJob Location: Watsonville, CA 95076Salary Range: $28.00 - $28.00 HourlyPosition Summary Encompass’s Wraparound program is seeking a full-time Case Manager with experience working with adolescents. Wraparound is an innovative, research-based program that truly centers on youth voice and choice for a successful transition out of the juvenile justice system. The program has a tangible impact on the community in reducing recidivism and violence, while increasing resiliency and wellbeing. To reduce barriers, services are provided where most convenient for the client, which might be virtually, in families’ homes, at one of our offices, or in the community. The Wraparound Case Manager is bilingual in English and Spanish and experienced working with system-involved youth and families. The role is responsible for supporting youth to improve their functional, social, communication, and daily living skills to enhance self-sufficiency and self-regulation.
