Bargaining Unit: UUP Job Summary: The College of Nursing at SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University is seeking a full-time Assistant/Associate Professor (12MO), Tenure-Track. The successful candidate will: - Implement the College's philosophy, curriculum, program outcomes, and course objectives through expert teaching. - Assume responsibility for all autonomous aspects of individual teaching assignments. - Use innovative, active learning strategies in the classroom and beyond. - Plan clinical and simulation experiences for and provides direct supervision and evaluation of students delivering nursing care, as needed. - Serve as Academic Advisor for students. - Evaluate and provide documented feedback on student's perform...
