Job Description SUMMARY: Operates and maintains forklift to supply production operations with raw materials to produce finished product, transfers finished product to storage or staging area and ensures finished product is loaded onto trucks in a timely manner to meet customers delivery requirements. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. 1. Operates and maintains forklift in a safe and efficient manner using work instructions, visual management and computer interface. 2. Supplies production operations with raw materials to produce finished product. 3. Prints and scans Bill of Lading for all finished goods using computer interface and RF scanner. 4. Inspects finished goods for quality defects. 5. Transfers finished goods to staging or storage areas. 6. Loads finished goods onto trucks in a timely manner to meet customers delivery requirements. 7. Accurately completes all written logs and data input to include closing sequences on tickets and printing Bill of Lading. 8. Ensures accurate inventory counts and notifies lead/supervisor of discrepancies. 9. Effectively communicates with all internal departments. 10. Removes/Reworks any...
