Job Summary: Perform routine care, provide for the comfort of the patient, and communicate according to protocol, the CNA acts as a key link in the healthcare team. Reports to: Director, Inpatient Services and RN Supervisor Hourly Rate: $20.50 - $30.43 (hourly rate does not include overtime or bonuses which are not guaranteed) Essential Job Functions: Demonstrates the spirit of the philosophy, mission, and values of the hospital through words and actions and implements them into departmental processes, programs, and the working environment. - Organize and provide basic nursing care for patients and their families. - Perform various service duties and routine technical tasks. - Basic knowledge of procedures, policies, standards of care.
