Employment Type: Full time Shift: Evening Shift Description: Saint Francis Hospital & Medical Center, Lab Hartford CT Trinity Health Of New England is looking for a Certified Medical Technologist to join our team of mission-driven Laboratory professionals, located at Saint Francis Hospital & Medical Center in Hartford, CT. You would be responsible to develop, implement, coordinate and maintain programs in order to bring testing closer to the patient, to provide faster turnaround times for treatment, and to maintain compliance with regulatory agencies. What You Will Do: Communicate effectively (written and verbal) with administrators, colleagues and physicians. Evaluates requests for new POC testing, including feasibility study of clinical necessity and cost impact. Presents findings and cost analysis to Lab administration for approval.
