The Ideal Candidate The Solutions Architect is responsible for designing and delivering end-to-end technology solutions aligned to Genesco’s business strategy and enterprise architecture standards within assigned application tower(s), with a strong focus on distribution, warehouse, and logistics systems. This role partners closely with business stakeholders, product teams, infrastructure, security, and development teams to translate business capabilities into scalable, secure, and integrated technical solutions. Operating within a hybrid delivery model, the Solutions Architect works closely with Genesco’s outsourcing partner to ensure solution clarity, architectural alignment, and quality execution. This role provides architectural direction, design governance, and implementation oversight to ensure solutions are sustainable, supportable, and aligned to enterprise standards. As a key technical leader within warehouse and distribution systems, this role supports platforms such as WMS, WCS, LMS, and related integrations across the enterprise ecosystem.
