Your role involves coordinating with various stakeholders to resolve issues, optimize processes, and support the supply chain strategy. This is an office/hybrid role (4 days a week at Warsaw office and Fridays working from home) What You Can Expect: ● Manage domestic and international orders, ensuring accuracy and timely processing. ● Act as the primary liaison between distributors, supply chain integration, production sites, and other stakeholders. ● Resolve day-to-day supply chain challenges and support logistics and shipping teams. ● Oversee the introduction of new products and manage package or proof changes. ● Ensure error-free electronic data interchange (EDI) of distributor purchase orders into SAP. ● Prepare proforma invoices and ensure compliance with Letter of Credit requirements. ● Coordinate special customs documents and manage shipment verification activities. ● Analyze or...
