Key Accountabilities: To demonstrate an understanding of the buying process to support timely ordering and delivery in line with operational requirements. Administrate and manage Jig area demand and workflow, including ordering parts from external suppliers and defining engineering job routings with accurate operational timings aligned to drawing revision. Monitor and maintain the future load of the Jig area, ensuring data accuracy and supporting make vs buy decisions where required . Own group administration of the works order process from creation to closure, managing BOM content, shortages, event requirements and component tracking attributes.
