Job Description Summary Lead Warehouse Engineer is responsible for coordinating warehouse operations, ensuring efficient material flow, inventory accuracy, storage optimization, and on-time supply of materials to production lines. (from suppliers and also within the department) The ideal candidate will combine strong technical knowledge of warehouse processes with leadership capabilities to support operational excellence, safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives. Job Description: Roles and Responsibilities: - Ensure compliance with EHS regulations and company safety policies - Coaching the warehouse staff and provide guidance, training, and performance support - Develop and implement warehouse procedures, work instructions, and best practices - Manage non-conforming materials, quarantine areas, and material traceability requirements - Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for material shortages, stock discrepancies, and operational issues - Attend Daily meetings that is a part of QCDM management system and represent warehouse team - Ensure timely and accurate material availability to support production and dispatch schedules - Manage warehouse layout, st...
