Student Intern, Entrepreneurial Initiatives (Grant Funded) Staff Pool - 26001GH Description: SUMMARY: Under direct supervision assist the designated department by performing a variety of routine clerical task assignments. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Provide support to other areas as needed - Answer telephone, handling multiple lines; - Handle routine office inquiries; - Operate office equipment such as computer, copier, fax, typewriter, and calculator; - Respond to requests for information, in person or over the phone, and provide necessary customer service to internal and external customers; - Type correspondence and other documents from notes, copies, or rough drafts; - Scan and process departmental documents such as surveys or office documents; - Process all incoming and outgoing mail; - Assist with special projects as assigned; and QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the essential duties and responsibilities listed above.
