Job Summary: As General Manager, Management Consulting, you will be responsible for building and scaling a new, high-impact business line. This senior leadership role requires a rare combination of strategic vision, commercial acumen, and hands-on execution. You will be accountable for defining and executing the overall Management Consulting strategy, leading the effort to identify market opportunities, define a compelling value proposition, and build the operational foundation needed to launch and grow a high-performing Management Consulting offering from the ground up. In this role, you will be expected to navigate the dynamics of a fast-paced, matrixed organization, while ensuring executive alignment, securing stakeholder buy-in, and rallying cross-functional teams around a shared set of goals. Your ability to clearly communicate your vision, define a go-to-market strategy, and lead through ambiguity will be critical to building momentum and achieving lasting impact.
