Job description

Your responsibilities will include: - Supporting Customer Department, Chief Customer Officer and Marketing Director and their teamsin providing data for Strategic Plan, as well as Annual budgets and Forecasts for: opex, capex, income and headcount; - Identifying key drivers of performance for the supported function; - Introducing and maintaining monthly management accounts reporting for the function; - Analysing any adverse variance to the plan and provide explanation why this happened; - Providing explanation and insights of the current performance; - Building and maintaining both ways communication with Functional Managers; - Tracking performance of enhancement initiatives and cost cutting activities; - Providing an analytical support for the key strategic and central business projects and initiatives; - Creating business cases with cashflow projection and calculate rate of returns; - Close collaboration with the supported function in order to identify areas of productivity and results improvement.
