Join our Toyota Material Handling Team as a Transportation Analyst The Role: Toyota Material Handling is seeking a qualified candidate to join our team as a Transportation Analyst . This position will be responsible supporting day-to-day operations for inbound and outbound shipping. They will be working with various transportation companies and internal customers to ensure on time deliveries. Essential Position Duties: - Provide customer service support to internal and external customers - Gather data from carrier scorecard - Analyze and process freight damage claims - Support development of yearly budget for departments - Gather data for development of cost saving measures - Foster carrier relations with good communication and conflict resolution - Process freight and invoices - Support process improvement activity within the Transportation Department - Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner - Additional duties as assigned - Additional duties as assigned.
