From: $16.00hr - $18.89hr Job Summary: The Zone Lead (ZL) supports merchandising in designated zones and maintains an active selling culture by ensuring that all visual aspects are set and upheld to documented company standards designed to drive sales. Provides expertise in visual standards, merchandising techniques, fixturing, and implementation of all in-store marketing elements (signs, vignettes, endcaps, tables, first look/flash finds) that reinforce seasons/holidays and in-store promotions within their designated areas. The Zone Lead influences store Team Members to be knowledgeable about visual merchandising and visual standards while always demonstrating a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance. Key Roles & Responsibilities: The Zone Lead supports all aspects of the visual merchandising processes for the store by planning, in conjunction with the Zone Manager, and leading the transitions, reinventions, product assortment changes, and resets while at the same time maintaining visual integrity, a neat/clean, organized environment, and inspiring guests to discover ideas and solutions through compelling visual merchandising.
