Technology Manager

Job description

The Manager of Technology assists and advises the organization to ensure ABS services and capabilities are identified, developed, and implemented to the benefit of the organization. What You Will Do: Detailed planning of the technical scope and schedule of projects for development - Identify emerging industry and regulatory needs and recommend the development of product/service development projects. - Develop business cases for new projects based on collaboration/feedback and as directed for new projects. - Work with ABS senior management and peers and, where appropriate, supervise direct reports to achieve: - Alignment of projects with the corporate, business unit, Technology, and product strategy. - Development of business cases/project proposals/product strategy and marketing tools - Awareness and communication of competitor and business intelligence - Execution of technical development, the approval of deliverables, and implementation of projects - Participation in Committee meetings for review and approval of projects - Monitoring projects for timely delivery within budget and improving project development efficiency. - Development and coordination of corporate responses on ke...
