Company : Vaillant Industrial UKLtd Location : Belper-GBR Country : United Kingdom (GB) Brand : Vaillant Contract type : Permanent Working time : Full-time What we achieve together: - In your daily work, you ensure smooth production by resolving tooling breakdowns and carrying out preventative maintenance on press tools, fixtures and jigs across the site. - Your responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving complex tooling issues, using your hands-on expertise to minimise downtime and ensure consistent production quality. - Together with the press team, you manufacture, repair and adjust tooling using tool room equipment such as lathes and milling machines, supporting both reactive maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives. - By performing tooling modifications and adjustments, you enable the efficient production of different component variants across press tools and specialised machinery. - In close collaboration with production and quality teams, you ensure all tooling meets engineering specifications and delivers precise, high-quality output. - You take ownership of identifying recurring issues, implementing sustainable improvements and contributing to tooling proje...
