We operate five clinics across the state, including the Twin Cities, Rochester and Buffalo. Scheduling Manager Responsibilities: Manages day-to-day operations of Scheduling Coordinators and their duties In charge of training of new Scheduling Coordinators Address patient concerns if a challenging situation arises Address provider’s schedule changes to support their schedule workflow Back-up for Treatment Coordinator as needed Inform patients of clinic protocols and procedures Perform all Scheduling Coordinator duties Coach and mentor Scheduling Coordinators/Treatment Coordinators Manager hours: M -TH 2 AM shifts and 2 PM shifts (1 hour lunch) AM shifts 7AM to...
