Job DetailsLevel: EntryJob Location: Home2 Suites Frederick - Frederick, MD 21703Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $18.00 - $20.00 HourlyJob Shift: AM ShiftJob Category: Hospitality - HotelSUMMARY: Maintenance is responsible for performing all maintenance and repairs needed on the property. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to: air conditioning and refrigeration, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, pneumatic/electronic systems and controls, carpentry and finish skills, kitchen equipment, vehicles, energy conservation, pool operations, and/or general building. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintenance and Repairs Troubleshoot and perform basic repair on all types of equipment, plumbing, electrical components including lamps, cosmetic items, extension cords, vacuum cleaners, replace electrical switched and outlets, and program TV’s. Be prepared at all times to install, maintain, and repair items when a situation arises. Perform preventative maintenance in a timely manner and document in the appropriate system.
