The core responsibilities of this role include: Scheduling and assigning drivers to delivery routes, coordinating deliveries to meet client deadlines and ensuring compliance with customers requirements, collaborating with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations, maintaining a pool of independent contactor drivers and recruit new contractors as necessary, manage billing and driver settlements daily utilizing eCourier software, preparing and submitting reports for clients and management, attending weekly meetings to review service levels and implement corrective actions when needed, conducing meetings with independent contractors to address performance and concerns, cover open shifts or deliver routes in emergency situations Position: Logistics Coordinator: Shift: 1st Shift Monday thru Friday 7am-4pm (subject to change) May have to work...
