Rud Pedersen Public Affairs is looking for a motivated trainee to join our growing Brussels public affairs consultancy for a 6-month paid internship. Our Brussels office opened in 2017 and has almost 80 team members today. We are currently looking to strengthen our team with a Research Executive focused on working within the food and agriculture sector, in particular on substance advocacy, Agri-Trade, and secondary legislation. We offer the opportunity to work and grow in a fast-paced and energetic consultancy environment. Anyone joining will have the opportunity to develop within the Rud Pedersen team, working with our Brussels partners and the wider company. The position: In particular, the role involves: - Following EU developments and undertaking initial research on policy issues on behalf of clients; - Supporting the team with legislative, regulatory and press monitoring; - Helping to organize and execute events; - Taking an active role in client teams, suggesting improvements for servicing of clients with regards to research; - Participating at external events relevant to day-to-day work and seeking to build relationships with external actors at an appropriate level; - Contri...
