DP World, the fast-growing transportation and logistics leader that currently manages more than 10% of world trade, is seeking a quality-driven senior engineering professional to join its Contract Logistics site in Zary, Poland as R&D Engineering Manager . As R&D Engineering Manager , you will lead a multidisciplinary engineering team responsible for the repair, refurbishment, testing, and lifecycle management of ATM, POS, server, and related technologies. You will ensure high-quality engineering performance, efficient operations, and continuous improvement across all activities. In addition, you will oversees R&D initiatives that turn technical ideas into practical, market-ready solutions, aligning innovation with business priorities, budgets, and timelines. You will act as the main technical point of contact for customers and support the evaluation of new technologies and new business opportunities.
