We are looking for an AI Operations Lead to help teams work smarter through AI tools, automations, and operational workflows. This role combines hands-on building, operational problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration. You will work closely with teams across the business to identify practical use cases, implement scalable solutions, and help embed AI into day-to-day operations. The role will partner closely with Operations, Guest Experience, Revenue, Sales, Marketing, Product, and Strategic Projects teams.
