The HPC Jobs Service supports local people into exciting, long-term careers across our Project.: Enablement Project Director Altrad Hinkley Point C Accountabilities: - Leadership of the Enablement team (100+ people) including the associated construction management role and workforce (500+). - Driving continuous improvement to meet and then beat the estimating norms and creating savings against the estimate. - Developing the team so that it can improve from Unit 1 to 2 and consider how this knowledge and capability can transition to Sizewell for Units 3 and 4. - Oversee the workforce planning, ensuring that there are the right numbers of the right skills at the right time, working closely with the partner companies to develop multiple resourcing channels. - Represent the MEH Alliance position in discussions with Altrad and Cavendish Nuclear, driving them to prioritise support to MEH JV in terms of the provision of resources, expertise, and best practice, (process, procedures, and technology). - Ensure that the planned works are clearly represented with the MEH Programme or 16WLA, identifying key interfaces and required resource to deliver to the schedule, working with the Area manag...
