Job Description The Private Credit Financing team is looking for an Analyst to join its team with approximately one year of experience in a credit analysis related position. The Private Credit Financing team provides loan financing to asset managers (back leverage). The back leverage loans are collateralized by underlying pools of loans that these asset managers make to a variety of companies that are generally used for growth capital, leveraged buyouts, acquisitions, and recapitalizations across a variety of industry sectors, including technology, media, telecom, healthcare, business & consumer services, and industrials. The Analyst role involves a variety of functions, including the following: Qualifications: Education: This job description provides a high-level review - Performing due diligence of underlying pools of loans to assess them as collateral for loans to asset managers. This includes analyzing a variety of both quantitative and qualitative factors for each of the underlying loans, such as the company’s historical financial performance and projections, investment highlights, risks and mitigants, and industry dynamics (including the company’s competitive position). - Mon...
