Hello! 👋🏼 At Factorial we're looking for a new Partner Business Developer Team Lead for the Italian Market to help us boost the company to the next level. Ready to be part of the challenge? The Role - Lead, coach, and develop a team of Partner Business Developers, fostering a high-performance and growth-oriented culture. - Onboard and ramp up new team members, ensuring alignment with processes, tools, and best practices. - Strategize and qualify the best leads alongside Partner Account Executives. - Create and implement strategies and initiatives to maximize lead generation from key partners. - Engage with prospects via high-volume cold-calling, networking, email, e-marketing, campaigns, and social outreach. - Analyze prospect business needs, understand processes, determine requirements, and identify potential solutions. - Collaborate and strategize with PAEs, Marketing, CX Team, and Sales Managers. - Drive continuous improvement of outbound processes and playbooks, sharing learnings across the team.
