Entity: Production & Operations Job Family Group: Wells Group Job Description: Role Overview The ROC Well Engineering Specialist role is responsible for monitoring well operations and providing drilling engineering support during operations that aim for delivering step‑change improvements in safety and performance through sharing best practice and lessons learned between rigs/regions and identify/escalate risks to prevent continuation bias. The ROC Engineering Specialist will identify and eliminate drilling limiters using a data‑driven approach and new digital and automation tools. The ROC Engineering Specialist will foster and maintain strong working relationships with regional Engineers, other ROC Engineers in Pune, and Wells Solutions Technical Specialists & Advisors. This is an ideal opportunity for engineers who are looking to rapidly increase their operational experience whilst gaining exposure in multiple basins. The ROC development structure allows individuals to maximise their time in the ROC to deliver for our clients whilst fast tracking their development.
