People Partner Location – Sydney preferred, would consider Melbourne Allied Credit is a leading vehicle finance firm with strategic alliances with global car, marine and motorcycle brands. Offering white label, joint venture and floorplan finance, our proprietary software provides a seamless, convenient and customer-focused finance service to consumers and businesses. We are seeking a People Partner to join our high-performing and collaborative People & Culture team on a 12 month contract to cover a secondment. You will work across a broad range of HR generalist functions in support of our business, currently with an employee population of 400+ employees. You will partner with employees and leaders to foster a positive and high performing work environment, with primary responsibility for guiding performance management processes, providing employee relations advice and applying sound judgement and insights to facilitate the organisation’s continued development.
