Tools & Equipment Regional Sales Manager Job Summary: The Regional Sales Manager for NAPA Tools & Equipment is responsible for leading and managing the sales team within a specified geographic region to drive sales growth, increase market share, and achieve revenue targets. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, customer relationship management, and in-depth knowledge of the tools and equipment market.
