Leidos is seeking a Director of Growth to lead expansion in the Counter-Unmanned Aerial Systems (CUAS) mission area within the Defense Systems Sector. This role focuses on advancing sensor-driven, software-enabled CUAS solutions through systems integration, digital engineering, and rapid capability delivery. The selected leader will shape and capture strategic opportunities across the U.S. Army, Joint community, and Combatant Commands, translating emerging threats—particularly Group 1–3 UAS and swarming systems—into scalable, mission-ready capabilities. This position is based in Huntsville, AL , a critical hub for air and missile defense, Army modernization, and sensor development activities.
