Our people are at the heart of everything we do—and that’s where you come in. The Role: We’re looking for an experienced and hands-on HR Manager. This is a pivotal role combining strategic oversight with operational delivery, supporting both our field-based fundraising teams and head office staff. You’ll initially manage one HR Field Advisor (HRFA), while also covering a second HRFA role during a maternity leave period (Sept 2026 – Sept 2027). Longer term, you’ll lead a fully resourced HR team. You’ll also take ownership of our Learning & Development function—which is delivering induction training to around 200 new fundraisers each year and shaping wider training and leadership development initiatives.
