What we can provide: - Two-year full-time program commencing February 2027 - The program includes four rotations – the initial rotation of eight months followed by three six-month rotations. Three rotations will be spent across the diverse business units in Individual Life, with the option to spend your remaining rotation in a business unit external to Individual Life - Your rotations could include spending time in any of the following business areas: Retail Sales Development and New Business, Direct Sales & Marketing, Customer Service & Operations, Commercial Management, Risk, Change & Business Support and Individual Life Business Management. - Access to industry thought leaders and support from dedicated sponsors, buddies and career mentors. - Ongoing professional learning and development programs. - Career developme...
